Support for Sampled Netflow Data

Overview
Some devices, especially older ones, can send sFlow and jFlow in a sampled format. GigaFlow supports sampled data, re-sampling to the correct rate. By default, if the sample rate is contained in the flow record, GigaFlow will use this to resample. If the sample rate is not contained in the flow record, it can be set manually for the device.
To manually set the sample rate for a device, go to Configuration > Infrastructure Devices > Detailed Device Information and Storage Settings.
