Anuview Flow Troubleshooting For Windows, the default installation folder is /AnuView/Flow For Linux, the default installation folder is /opt/ros
Check for *.hprof files in the Anuview installation folder. Check for *.log files in the Anuview installation folder. Check for any errors in the console.log files or the ./resources/webapps/*.log files. If the application is still running check for 1) Disk IO to ensure data is storing. 2) Disk space so that data can be written, server should always have 10% available
